The wheel mill mixer is widely used in industries such as foundry, refractory materials, chemicals, and metallurgy. Working Principle
The wheel mill mixer is driven by an electric motor that rotates the main box mounted on the vertical shaft. The main box is equipped with mixing paddles at diagonal positions and a pair of wheel rollers. The mixing paddles revolve clockwise around the vertical shaft at a certain speed, simultaneously driving the roller shafts, causing each wheel roller to rotate around its own axis at a certain speed.
The two mixing paddles (one moving along the inner circle and the other along the outer circle, ensuring thorough and uniform mixing of the material in the container without leaving any gaps) together with the wheel rollers continuously tumble, crush, and mix the material. This design features fast, uniform mixing without clumping, no dead corners, and low energy consumption.Technical Parameter
