Product Information
The mining agitation tank is primarily used for slurry mixing prior to flotation in the mineral processing circuit, ensuring thorough blending of reagents with the slurry. It is suitable for mixing slurries with a concentration not exceeding 30% (by weight) and solid particle sizes smaller than 1 mm.
Working Principle
This machine is driven by an electric motor via a V-belt to rotate the impeller, which thoroughly and uniformly mixes the reagents with the slurry. This process extends the reagent reaction time and enhances the quality of the chemical reaction.
