Product Information
The binder screw feeder is a specialized metering device for continuous weighing, continuous feeding, and batching of various powdery and bulk materials. It is particularly suitable for metering powdery materials with good flowability, such as fly ash and pulverized coal. It is widely used in industries such as building materials, cement, chemicals, thermal coal, mining, ceramics, glass, metallurgy, grain, fertilizers, feed, ports, electric power, coking, environmental protection, and transportation.
Working Principle
The binder screw feeder transports the powdery material from the storage hopper evenly into the mixer via a flap discharger. The screw tube is equipped with load cells. By adjusting the discharge speed of the flap discharger, uniform and quantitative discharging is achieved.
A weight sensor is installed on the upper part of the screw tube end. The weight change of each discharge can be observed through the digital display on the control cabinet. By calculating the discharge rate per minute, the motor speed of the flap discharge valve can be adjusted to control the discharge flow rate, thereby meeting production requirements.Technical Parameter
