Product Information
The vibrating feeder is primarily used ahead of coarse crushers to continuously and evenly feed materials to belt conveyors, bucket elevators, screening equipment, and the like. It can also screen out fine materials, thereby increasing the processing capacity of the crusher. The feeder allows stepless adjustment of the feed rate, enabling centralized and automatic control of the production process. It can also be used for automatic batching and quantitative packaging.
Working Principle
- Stable vibration, strong operability, low energy consumption, and low noise.
- The gap between the grid bars is adjustable, with a special design to prevent material blockage.
- The vibrating motor is a speed-adjustable motor, facilitating control of the feed rate without the need for frequent motor starts.
