Product Information
The double-shaft mixer is a piece of mechanical equipment capable of continuously and thoroughly mixing materials evenly. After being processed by the twin-shaft mixer, the material can be uniformly mixed with a binder, and the mixed material can be continuously delivered to a conveyor for the next piece of equipment. The double-shaft mixer is commonly used for mixing materials such as coal powder, mineral powder, iron powder, iron oxide scale, coal slime, sludge, clay, and fly ash, and has excellent performance in mixing and blending these materials.
Working Principle
The powerful mixer adopts a twin-shaft design with helically arranged blades inside a U-shaped trough to continuously mix the material. The material is conveyed by a belt conveyor to the front end of the mixer box. During operation, the material inside the mixer is subjected to the action of two rotors rotating in opposite directions, creating a compound motion. The blades drive the material to rotate inward along the inner wall of the trough. On one hand, the blades cause the material to tumble left and right. In the overlapping area between the two rotors, a weightless zone is formed. In this zone, regardless of the shape, size, or density of the material, the material can rise and enter a transient weightless state. This allows the material to undergo continuous, all-around tumbling and interleaving shearing within the trough, resulting in fast, gentle, and uniform mixing. Finally, the material flows toward the discharge port at the rear of the trough under the action of the blade agitation.
