Product Information
After years of dedicated research, our company has developed a new type of vertical compound sand making machine by integrating the features of various domestic and international crushing equipment. Based on the characteristics of cone crushers, impact fine crushers, impact sand makers, compound crushers, and other sand making equipment, we have selected the best features while discarding the weak ones. This machine saves 50% of the power required by impact sand makers at the same price level. Under comparable wear part consumption conditions, it achieves a finished product rate of approximately 90%, doubles the output, and produces uniform particle size. It is currently the most ideal sand making equipment on both domestic and international markets.
Working Principle
The hammer head of this equipment is made of high-chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, and alloy steel, with a hardness of 60 HRC or higher. It features a square hammer head that can be rotated for use on four sides. The liner plate is made of high manganese steel with a helical tooth profile. Material enters from the top of the machine. After impacting the rotor hammer head, the material collides again with the helical-tooth liner plate of the cylinder, producing a cutting effect that achieves the ideal crushing result. This series of sand making machines is highly regarded by users for its stable performance, easy maintenance, long service life of components and hammer heads, and significant economic benefits.
