Product Information
The reversible crusher (also known as the reversible impact crusher) is a new type of crushing equipment. Its most distinctive features are the absence of a grate and the reversible rotation of the rotor. It overcomes the problem of clogging that traditional crushers face when handling materials with high moisture content, while also improving the utilization rate of wear parts. The reversible rotor allows the blow bars and impact plates to wear evenly, thereby reducing the frequency of shutdowns for wear part replacement.
Working Principle
The reversible crusher is a new type of rock crushing and sand making machine that utilizes impact energy to break stones, based on the principle of natural river sand formation. During operation, driven by an electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed. When stone material enters the blow bar action zone, it is crushed by impact against the blow bars on the rotor, then thrown against the impact liners for secondary crushing. Afterwards, it rebounds from the impact liners back into the blow bar action zone for another impact. This process repeats as the material progresses from larger to smaller sizes into the first and second crushing chambers for further reduction. After being crushed, the material is discharged from the outlet. In this way, the material undergoes multiple impacts, resulting in particles smaller than the gap between the hammers and the impact plates, which are then discharged.
