Product Information
The powerful balling press machine is a device used to press powdery materials into briquettes, with a wide range of applications. It can perform material agglomeration, granulation, or briquetting. The briquette machine is mainly used for forming non-ferrous and ferrous metal ore powders into briquettes or blocks, which can be directly fed into furnaces for smelting, thereby adding value. Any waste materials or auxiliary materials in the metallurgical industry that need to be fed into furnaces require the use of a balling press machine. Examples include: dust collector ash, pond sludge, mill scale, steel slag, iron concentrate powder, aluminum ash powder, silicon-manganese ore powder, laterite nickel ore, and so on. The purpose is to reduce dust, control bulk density, enable recycling and reuse, and improve transportation characteristics. The production capacity is primarily designed for dry powder briquetting in the Pidgeon process for magnesium smelting.
Working Principle
Main Drive System: Motor → V-belt → Reducer → Open gear → Roller. The main machine is powered by an electromagnetic speed-regulating motor. Power is transmitted through a belt pulley and a cylindrical gear reducer to the driving shaft via a pin coupling. The driving shaft and the driven shaft operate synchronously through an open gear train.
