Product Information
A belt conveyor is a general-purpose bulk material handling device that uses a continuously moving belt as both the load-carrying and traction medium. It is widely used in mining, metallurgy, chemical, building materials, power generation, grain, and port industries as a core piece of equipment for short- or long-distance continuous material transport.
Working Principle
The motor drives the drive pulley to rotate. Friction between the drive pulley and the belt pulls the belt to run continuously. Material is loaded onto the belt at the feed end and is transported to the discharge end by the belt's motion, where it is discharged via a discharge device or directly over the head pulley.
