Equipment Introduction
Double roll crusher, also known as double roll crusher, is suitable for crushing medium hardness materials such as coking coal, sinter, limestone, metal and non-metallic ore. It is most suitable for medium and small-sized non-metallic mines and chemical industry, and the minimum particle size can be less than 100 mesh. The crusher has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, ideal crushing size and stable performance by adjusting the gap of crushing roller.
Working Principle
The crushing structure of the roller crusher is a pair of parallel cylindrical rollers. The front roller and the back roller rotate in opposite directions. The material is added into the feeding box and falls on the top of the rotating roller. Under the action of the friction force on the surface of the roller, the material is pulled between the rotating rollers and crushed by the extrusion of the rollers. The crushed material is pushed out by the rotary rollers and unloaded downward. Crushing is a continuous operation, with the function of forced discharge, and can crush sticky materials without blocking.
