Product Information
The batching machine is capable of proportioning various materials according to different ratios and weights. Batching machines are generally classified into two-bin, three-bin, and multi-bin types. They feature high production capacity, high batching accuracy, and simple operation, and are widely used in industries such as mining, coal, and chemical engineering. The batching machine is characterized by a variety of structural configurations, flexible combination options, high weighing accuracy, user-friendly operation, and a high degree of automation. In practical applications, it is easy to operate and delivers superior performance.
Working Principle
The operator inputs the required material proportions (e.g., sand : stone : cement = 2: 3: 1) and total batch weight via the HMI touchscreen. The PLC control system sequentially activates the feeding mechanism of each storage bin. Material falls into the weighing hopper, and the load cells continuously monitor weight changes, feeding signals back to the PLC. When the weight of a particular material reaches the set value, the PLC commands the feeding mechanism to stop, completing precise weighing of that material. After all materials have been weighed in sequence, the PLC controls the discharge mechanism to open, dumping the collected material from the weighing hopper into the mixer or conveyor belt, completing one batching cycle.
